Thank you for visiting
our career pages.
I am Tracy Rudling and CEO
of Community360

Our culture puts care at the heart of our organisation. We are a united group of people who all love what we do. We also share a common value of caring for and respecting the people with work with whether this is our colleagues or volunteers, clients or the communities in which we work.

We also embrace diversity in all that we do and are committed to making sure we hire employees from all background, so we can truly connect with our communities.

Our company values of passion, determination, and work as a team, enjoying what we do and making a difference are as evident now as they have ever been and are an integral part of our organisation.

Above all, we aim to be fair and honest with our staff and to provide them with meaningful, challenging work. We believe no one has a monopoly on good ideas, and, to grow professionally, we will work with anyone who has constructive proposals for improved performance, has a flair for creativity, to challenge how things are done and develop new approaches.

A charity career has some fantastic opportunities. You may have preconceptions about the sector, but it is possible to pursue a viable and rewarding career in a not-for-profit organisation. What is available may surprise you! It is not necessarily volunteer work, and is not necessarily just high street charity shops, which if anything is a minor element of a charity’s operation.

There are many career options available with the ability to progress through the organisation. From supporting other charities to working with local health professionals, groups and organisations. Our work is diverse, interesting, rewarding and can be challenging. Once you join us, we want you to be the best you can be.  We provide a range of courses and training opportunities to further your development, the opportunity to gain experience in new skills and even take on new roles if the time is right.

We have a clear and transparent career progression structure. For example, an entry level Assistant Engagement Officer can progress right through to becoming a Head of Programmes. We will encourage the desire to succeed and reward hard work and dedication.

By joining us I am sure you will quickly learn why we just love what we do, working for a charity is like no other career and we look forward to you joining us on our journey.
