Community360 has a proven track record of providing transport services in both Colchester and Maldon. Both schemes seek to address inaccessibility to services, activities and facilities. The Scheme improves the transport provision for people in the local community who have limited mobility (be it through permanent or temporary disablement, illness, accident or age) or who would otherwise be socially excluded or geographically isolated. You will bring:
- A passion for helping people whilst having our values at the heart of what you do
- Experience of working in a customer service/administrative capacity (prior scheduling experience would be a bonus)
- The ability to drive a 16 seater minibus
- Strong communication skills
- Proven line management experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility with working hours (alternate Saturdays is required)
