We are looking for enthusiastic and diverse individuals to join Community360 (C360) as trustees and help us shape the future of community support.
We believe that to truly represent and serve our communities, we need voices from all backgrounds, ages and experiences. That’s why we are especially keen to hear from young people, people from diverse ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities. No previous board experience is necessary, just a passion for social change and a willingness to learn.
C360 is an independent charity that aims to inspire and enable social action to improve people’s quality of life through our purpose: ‘Through partnership working we will foster resilient, thriving and inclusive environments so everyone can live their best lives’.
As a trustee, you’ll play a vital role in guiding our strategy, ensuring good governance, and making key decisions that will strengthen our impact. We are seeking individuals with a wide range of skills, particularly in areas such as finance, legal, fundraising, community outreach, and social action. Your expertise (or willingness to learn) can help us continue our work in providing essential resources, support, and opportunities to those who need it most.

The role is voluntary, with Board and sub-committee meetings held quarterly. Meetings are held flexibly (in-person, remote, and hybrid).
