As an apprentice you will support and learn within the specific programme of work
Community Accounts Service – are a specialist accountancy service, established in 1996 supporting CIO’s, CIC’s, charities & non-profit organisations and small businesses. We provide a range of services ranging from payroll bureau through to independent examinations. You will bring:
- GCSEs (preferably Grade C/4 in English and Maths)
- The ability to use initiative
- Excellent people skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiasm and a sense of humour
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including using the telephone
- An appetite for helping whilst having our Purpose and Values at the heart of what you do
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexibility with working hours and location (some weekend work may be required)
What you can expect:
- Full-time working hours with support to complete your apprenticeship with your chosen educational provider.
- A base in Tiptree
- A salary based on the National Minimum Wage rates
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time workers)
- Five extra days holiday (pro-rata) after five years’ service
- An extra day’s holiday for your birthday (after passing probation)
- Up to three days volunteering per year (after passing probation)
